Frank Lisowski, President

Mr. Lisowski graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Business and subsequently earned his MBA from City University. Frank has been with DFLA since 1989, first supporting Boeing commercial aircraft business out of a Seattle location and in San Jose since 1993 where his emphasis has been on launch vehicles and ground combat vehicles.

Vincent Ferrante

Mr. Ferrante graduated from California Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He began his professional career at Lockheed Missiles & Space as a propulsion engineer on the Milstar satellite program.  Vince has been with DFLA since 1993 specializing in spacecraft propulsion systems and mechanisms.

William Guidi

Mr. Guidi holds a BSME from California State University, Fresno and an MBA from Colorado State University.  During his tenure as a project engineer at Lockheed Missiles & Space, Mr. Guidi worked on a variety of programs including FBM, THAAD and JDAM.   Bill has been with DFLA since 1997 specializing in launch vehicles and simulation.

Jon Lutz

Mr. Lutz holds BSME and MSME degrees from California Polytechnic University and University of Washington respectively. During a decade of service with Boeing, Mr. Lutz worked in project engineering and business development on a variety of Space and Defense programs.  Jon has been with DFLA since 1995 specializing in the satellite marketplace.

Carey Lisowski

Mrs. Lisowski earned her BA from Eastern Washington University and worked in the airline industry as an account manager prior to joining DFLA.  Carey has been with DFLA since 1995 as the Accountant and Benefits Administrator.
